Welcome to Epic Emblems. By placing an order on our storefront, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Custom Sale and Legal Notices. Please review these terms carefully prior to completing any purchase.

1. Custom-Made, Personalized, & Made-to-Order Goods

Epic Emblems specializes strictly in 100% made-to-order, custom-forged products utilizing precision 3D printing and advanced laser engraving technologies. Because each item is manufactured dynamically to your precise configurations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • No Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for "change of mind," buyers' remorse, or aesthetic preference changes post-purchase.<
  • Customer-Provided Specifications: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to review all text, names, designs, sizing, and configurations before checkout. Epic Emblems is not liable, and will not issue refunds or replacements, for errors, misspellings, or design flaws present in customer-provided submissions.

2. Strict Cancellation Window

Due to our highly automated fulfillment workflow, orders are routed to our production queue, 3D printers, and laser engraving lines almost immediately after purchase.

  • Cancellation requests are only accepted within one (1) hour of the order timestamp.
  • Once this one-hour grace period expires, or the manufacturing process has physically begun (whichever occurs first), the order cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded under any circumstances.

3. Manufacturing Defects & Shipping Damage Framework

We take immense pride in the craftsmanship and structural integrity of our gear. In the event that your product arrives with a documented manufacturing defect or has sustained physical damage during transit, the following strict remediation process applies:

  • Notification Window: You must notify our team via email at josh@epicemblems.com within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date recorded by the tracking carrier. Requests made outside this 7-day window will be void.
  • Evidence Required: Your email must include your original Shopify order number and clear, high-resolution photographs documenting the specific manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
  • Exclusive Remedy ("Re-Forging"): Upon verification of a legitimate defect or carrier damage by Epic Emblems, our sole liability and your exclusive remedy will be the fabrication of a replacement item. We will "re-forge" and ship an exact replacement of the original order configuration to you at zero additional cost. Monetary refunds will not be issued for damaged items.

4. Shipping & Logistics Restrictions

  • Geographic Limitation: Epic Emblems ships exclusively to valid addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • P.O. Box Restrictions: Due to the physical size and fragile handling requirements of certain larger 3D-printed products, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes for these specific classifications. Secure delivery must be executed via tracked private carriers to a physical residential or commercial address. If a P.O. Box is provided for a restricted item, your order may be held until a physical address is supplied.

5. Intellectual Property & Customer Submissions

By submitting any text, logos, graphics, or designs to Epic Emblems for custom manufacturing, you explicitly warrant and represent that you possess the full legal right, copyright, trademark ownership, or licensing authorization to use said imagery.

Epic Emblems reserves the right to reject any order containing text or graphics that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be infringing on third-party intellectual property, defamatory, or unlawful. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epic Emblems from any third-party legal claims or expenses resulting from your unauthorized submission of copyrighted or trademarked materials.
