Thank you for choosing Epic Emblems. Because our gear is custom-made utilizing precision 3D printing and laser engraving technology, our shipping process includes both a production phase and a transit phase. Please review our shipping practices, restrictions, and timelines below.
1. Production & Processing Timelines
Unlike traditional retail stores, we do not stock pre-made inventory on shelves. Every piece of gear is custom-forged to your exact specifications.
- Standard Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be manufactured, quality-inspected, and packed before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.
- Peak Seasons: During high-volume holiday periods, production times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience while we ensure your custom emblems and gear are manufactured to our highest standards.
2. Shipping Destinations & Territories
- United States Only: Epic Emblems currently ships exclusively to physical addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to US territories or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.
3. P.O. Box Delivery Restrictions
- No P.O. Boxes for Larger Items: Due to the physical dimensions and secure handling requirements of our larger 3D-printed custom items, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for these product categories.
- Carrier Requirements: These items require delivery via private, tracked carriers (such as UPS or FedEx) to a verified residential or commercial street address.
- Order Holds: If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout for a restricted item, your order will be placed on a temporary administrative hold. Our team will contact you via email to secure a physical shipping address, which may delay your estimated delivery date.
4. Shipping Rates & Carrier Transit Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. Once our custom production phase is complete, estimated transit times are generally as follows:
- Standard Tracked Shipping: 3 to 7 business days in transit (depending on your state).
5. Tracking Your Shipment
The moment your gear leaves our production line and a shipping label is scanned by the carrier, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided at checkout. This email will contain your tracking number and a direct link to track your package's progress in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Wrongfully Addressed Packages
- Address Accuracy: Please carefully review your delivery address during checkout. Epic Emblems is not responsible for shipments that are lost, delayed, or returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
- Delivered But Missing: If your tracking number states your package was successfully delivered to your address but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Epic Emblems is not liable for packages stolen after a documented successful delivery by the carrier.
- Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives physically broken or damaged during transit, please refer directly to our Terms of Custom Sale Policy. You must notify us at josh@epicemblems.com within seven (7) days of delivery with photos of the damaged box and product so we can initiate a "re-forge" replacement for you.
