Refund policy

Custom-Made & Personalized Goods At Epic Emblems, we specialize in 100% made-to-order products utilizing precision 3D printing and laser engraving technology. Because our products are custom-forged to your specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or errors in customer-provided text/designs.

Manufacturing Defects & Shipping Damage We take immense pride in the quality of our gear. If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error on our part:

• You must notify us at josh@epicemblems.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage.

• If the error is verified, we will "re-forge" and ship a replacement to you at no cost.

Cancellations Orders enter our production queue almost immediately. Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of the order being placed. Once the 3D printing or laser engraving process has begun, we can no longer cancel the order.

Shipping We currently ship to United States addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain larger 3D-printed items to ensure secure delivery via tracked carriers.
